Refund policy

1. Replacements Only
We offer replacements only if the item is damaged or incorrect. We do not provide refunds.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the opening of the sealed courier package. Without this video, no replacement will be processed.

3. Skincare Products
For hygiene reasons, there are strictly no returns or exchanges on skincare products.

4. Reporting Window
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing your Order ID and unboxing video to afroticsindia@gmail.com.

5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment.
