Thank you for shopping at Afrotics India. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Processing time may be slightly longer during high-volume periods or sales events.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer shipping across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days for metro cities.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or remote location logistics.

3. International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Note for International Customers: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Afrotics India is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at afroticsindia@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your carrier falls into this group, we will contact you to request an alternative physical address to ensure successful delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a link to track your package in real-time. You can also track your order through your account dashboard on our website.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address, including the pincode and phone number, before finalizing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at afroticsindia@gmail.com.

8. Damages

Afrotics India is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take clear photos of the damage and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.
